A walk-through, on-site.

We come out, look at your setup, open the closet with the router in it. We don't judge the closet.

Free within Greater Vancouver.
03  /  Week 2

A plain-English plan.

Two pages. What we'd do this month, what we'd do over the next year, what we'd leave alone.

Flat monthly price, no surprises.
04  /  Week 3–4

Onboard. Then fade.

We get the monitoring in place, the backups running, the passwords tidied. Then we get out of your way.

Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Tyler is a Tsawwassen-based technologist and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in enterprise product management, support engineering, and product development. He is also the founder of Tech is Simple, a well-regarded South Delta technology service with a strong local reputation for personalized, hands-on support.

His broader career includes leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in the building automation industry. He previously led a global support team, where he personally resolved thousands of technical issues, and later built and launched a multi-tenant SaaS platform, handling payments, access control, and sensitive customer data.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys exploring new technologies, playing guitar, building software, and spending time with his family.
